Its so cool to start seeing Landon feel emotions now. I genuinely can feel that he loves me and its the sweetest love in the world. He will do these simple little things that show that he loves being loved. Like the other day at the grocery store, I was pushing the cart and he was insisting on keeping his hand on top of mine! He will lay his head on my chest. He will be mid-mad nursing and stop just to give me a smile. I will walk by and glance down at him while his is grinning from ear to ear just to see me walk by. He is such a happy boy! I love him so......

he he he!
Oh my goodness, how adorable! It happened....his first uncontrollable, unprovoked giggle fest. Seriously the cutest!! We were taking Eddie out for a walk this morning and Eddie was super excited, jumping up and down at the front door and running in circles. Every time Eddie jumped Landon lost it with belly laughs! I wish somehow my mind had a recorder and I could watch that everyday. It happened for about a minutes straight until Eddie started barking, demanding to open the door :) Last night I did get to video tape Chad making him laugh as he was playing 'peek a boo!' He has this low rumble chuckle that is extremely contagious :)

Tick, Tock.
Boyyy, does time fly. When I was pregnant, everyone told me how fast time goes and before I knew it Landon would be turning 1yrs old. Ding Ding Ding. He is nearly 5 months old, EVERYTHING in my life has changed and it feels like last week I found out I was pregnant.
My whole life is completely different. I was used to working 5/6 days a week, staying busy and somewhat active. I love being a busy body and being able to keep up with the pace of the fast life. These days, its the exact opposite. I am now a so called...."housewife." I do laundry like its my job, I feel like I clean the kitchen 7 times a day, I grocery shop, I cook, I clean, clean, clean, pick up, straighten up, put back, sort, fold, vacuum, scrub toilets, WIPE butts, and forget to brush my teeth until about 12pm on a daily basis. BUT, I wouldnt trade it for anything I've ever known. Its my life and I LOVE it. Landon has brought so much joy and happiness into my world. His smile, his big grogan eyes, his chubby bubby cheeks, his fat feet and chunky arms, his soft skin, his long fingers, his perfect head. His little soul is so sweet, its blissfull love!
We are now in a great routine with our days. He is my little buddy and enjoys watching me do my "housewife favorites," while sitting in his bouncy seat chewing on his fists. He sleeps well at night and nurses like a champ :) He is LOVING his floor time discovering his toys, hands, fingers and toungue. His tummy time is turning into learning the motions of crawling quickly! Before I know it I will be baby proofing my house, like tomorrow. He is so fun to talk to! So responsive and gives nothing back but gummy smiles. I love my days with him and already miss the stages he is going through so quickly.
He is my Landon, he is my World~

September 21, 2010
On September 21st, 2010 I found out I was having a baby! I literally lost my breath as I stared at the two prominent lines, idicating that I was indeed pregnant. I lost myself in the mirror wondering if this was the right time-if I was the right fit for such an extraordinary unexpected gift of love. I was overwhelmed with thoughts and emotions. As life can be unexpected, this is one of the biggest surprises life can ever throw your way. I hear its a wild ride, so I'm gearing up and going to enjoy this so called journey....life :)
Pregnancy....
I am lucky to say that I had a very beautiful pregnancy. I feel as though that part of my life is when I blossomed into a woman. Feeling life, a human being move inside of me for the first time was like a glisten of the sun when there had been clouds. Little did I know this "flutter" was turning into this beautiful, small, so perfect baby. The first time I held Landon in my arms, I felt like my heart was for once in my lifetime, WHOLE. My heart was overflowing with emotions that I had never felt before. This child was so innocent. Never seen light, never breathed air, never been touched, yet had been hearing MY heartbeat for the past 9 months. He relied on me for nourishment and to live and grow in my womb. It was my job to protect and love this baby until the day I die.....
Storytelling....
We met, fell in love, and fell hard...
We share a love like never before. He is my heart, my soul, my world. He gave me one of life's most precious gifts, my sweet angel sent from heaven. I am now a wife (ok maybe not legally) and a mother.
~There are no rehearsals in life, so I'm living this one to the fullest~
